How to Get Your Ex Back Using Dirty Psychological Tricks

What a bunch of crap! And all that, just to make you feel better. But, let’s face it…

…Nobody can say anything to make you feel better… Except from me. Because I can tell you how to get your ex back!

I know exactly how you can get your ex back. Believe it or not, getting your ex back is a very easy to follow linear process, but, also, a very counter-intuitive one.

We’ll talk about this in a second, but, one thing I want to point out is that you’ll find some amazing resources down at the bottom of this article. The complete gender-specific game plan for getting your ex back is waiting for you. You owe it to yourself to take a look.

Okay, now let me give you a few tips to put you on the right track…

1. Break contact. I’m serious. Reduce or, if possible, break any contact with your ex for about 3 to 4 weeks. This should be easy, right?…Not really. First, you need to learn how to calm your mind.

The initial step after a breakup that will stop you from doing things that work against you, like text message terrorism, is to calm your racing thoughts. This can be done by finding a quiet room, where you are free of distractions.

You need to let your thoughts come as they will, and then, take deep breaths and release the anger and pain you feel when those thoughts – of your ex, of your situation, of the new boyfriend – gradually leave your mind.

Secondly you need to do something good for yourself.

It is crucial to take care of yourself in this time of pain. After a breakup, you will be feeling a lot of anger and negative emotions, so it’s vital to do what you can to get yourself out of the slump. Drugs, alcohol, and food may become tempting ways to dull the pain – but that is the last thing you need.

What you need is to eat what I call the “Anti-Breakup Diet”, which consists of specific foods such as fruits, veggies, yogurt, and lean meat.

Then you need to get outside and go for a walk, a run, or play your favorite sport with friends. The key is to do everything you can to be active and engaged in a fun but challenging thing – like your favorite sport – to get thoughts of your ex girlfriend OUT of your head for the time being.

If you properly engage in the above steps, you will be ready to move on to the last step, which is reconnecting with your ex girlfriend.

This will involve sending her a carefully crafted letter in which you provide her with honest, heartfelt feelings, but they must be accepting and understanding. You must tell her you are okay with the breakup, and that you accept her decision.

Be careful that you don’t say too much, though. You don’t want to rehash the negative stuff that led to your breakup. You just want to focus on the positive things in this letter: that you value the time you spent with her, and you are a better person for the time you were able to be with her.
